Iflowtech Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client implementations. The role focuses on C2C placements, US citizen and visa candidate screening, and coordinating offers and joining processes.

The successful candidate will leverage headhunting, networking sites, and referrals to identify top IT talent and ensure timely placements for automotive and IT projects. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as US IT Recruiter (C2C specialist).
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates through joining).
• Experience with C2C in US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates.
• Responsible for placing candidates for Implementation Partner requirements.
• Proficient in sourcing via job portals, databases, and networking to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Screen and shortlist candidates for IT roles.
• Conduct interviews and handle technical discussions and queries.
• Negotiate rates/salaries with candidates.

Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as US IT Recruiter (C2C specialist).
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Must have experience in dealing C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
• Responsible for placing the Candidates for Implementation Partner requirements.
• Understanding the requirement, sourcing, and identifying suitable candidates by searching jobsites & internal database, tracking the staffing process, ensuring delivery and maintaining the candidate in the position and Posting jobs on Job-Portals.
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
• Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Proven Work Experience in recruiting candidates for IT requirements.
• Worked as a dedicated Recruiter for an automotive client.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
