Job summary

TechWish is seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in US staffing. The role focuses on C2C hiring, working with implementation partners and Tier 1 vendors, while managing direct client requirements.

You will need excellent communication, email etiquette, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Onsite with a five-day workweek, you will handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
• Strong experience working with C2C hiring models.
• Proven track record with implementation partners and Tier 1 vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong email etiquette and professional communication standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Good understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements, with 80% focus on C2C roles and 20% on direct client roles.
• Work closely with implementation partners and Tier 1 vendors to fulfill open positions.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within defined timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and candidates.
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations effectively.
• Ensure high-quality submissions with proper documentation and compliance.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS tools.
• Follow up regularly with candidates and vendors for feedback and updates.
• Maintain professional email communication with clients and vendors.
