Job summary

Inficare is seeking a skilled recruiter to identify and engage non-IT professionals for CSR and related roles in India. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities include leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline, maintaining ATS records, and developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with direct clients.
• Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, E3, TN).
• Knowledge of US tax terms (1099, W-2, Corp-Corp).
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in bulk hiring for CSR roles.
