Maintec Technologies is seeking a US IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for the US market from a remote setup. The role requires 3-5 years of US IT recruitment experience and strong sourcing through multiple channels, including job boards and social networks.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, and maintain a robust IT talent pipeline across client accounts, handling W2, C2C, and 1099 arrangements. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
