Job summary

VDart is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter/Recruiter for the US IT market. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, and coordinate offers and onboarding for US IT roles.

You will build pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networking, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely communication and quality hires within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment required.
• Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
• Solid understanding of US IT technologies and technical roles.
• Proven sourcing and screening using LinkedIn, portals, Boolean search, referrals.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, C2H and Full-Time employment models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities concurrently.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics including SLA/TAT, submissions, interviews and closures.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Recruiter - US IT to manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US IT staffing, sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across various IT technologies and skill sets.
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and Boolean search.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, communication, and overall suitability.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure SLA/TAT adherence.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a staffing, recruitment, or consulting organization.
• Experience working with US clients, hiring managers, or delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices, tax terms, employment types, and work authorization/visa categories.
• Experience handling high-volume IT recruitment and meeting defined hiring targets.
