Job summary

Mritiinfo in Jaipur is seeking a US IT Recruiter to lead the full lifecycle of IT staffing for US clients from our India office. You will source, screen, and place candidates, coordinate with clients, and drive a strong candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in US IT recruitment, excellent communication, and familiarity with work authorization terms. This role offers a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or related US Staffing roles.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing market trends, terminologies, and industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using technology-based sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, along with job boards and ATS tools.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions within the US staffing market, from requirement intake to offer closure.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.

• Negotiate rates/compensation and manage offer discussions with candidates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets within tight deadlines.

About the Role
