Job summary

Technoyon India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for US-based roles. You will collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and manage end-to-end recruitment.

The ideal candidate has 1–5+ years in US IT recruitment, strong visa knowledge, and experience with ATS/CRM tools. The role requires US-time-zone availability and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, US Citizen, etc.).
• Knowledge of technologies and IT skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts if located outside the US).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various channels (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, etc.).
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and client fit.
• Negotiate pay rates, relocation, and other details with candidates.

• Maintain candidate pipelines for key skill areas and upcoming projects.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment and immigration laws (H1B, GC, USC).
• Manage recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide timely updates and reports on candidate status to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence.
