Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US IT staffing with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing W2, C2C, and full-time candidates; knowledge of US work authorization.
• Hands-on with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales and Delivery to meet submission targets.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers and joining status with accurate records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruiting for the US market and be capable of identifying, engaging, and placing top IT talent.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing through offer closure.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screening, and evaluate technical skills, experience, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule technical and client interviews, ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation rates and salary packages and facilitate successful offer closures.
• Build and maintain a strong database of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Delivery teams to understand requirements, meet submission targets, and ensure quality placements.
• Track candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment with full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience sourcing W2, C2C, and Full-Time candidates and knowledge of US work authorizations.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and US staffing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
