Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Monday-Friday) for US

Location: Onsite (Bangalore office - JP Nagar 3rd Phase)

Years of Experience: 2 to 5 Years in US Recruitment

Salary: Depend on Experience

Domain Specific:

• Ideal candidates should have previously worked with clients in the following specific markets:
• Experience in working on US recruitment

Required Criteria:

• Must have strong experience working with both system integrators and direct clients.
• At least 70% of experience should involve working on W2 requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Solid understanding of various US work visas is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of both IT and Non-IT requirements is necessary.
• Willingness to work additional hours when occasionally required.
