Job summary

Wall Street Consulting Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter (3-6 years) to manage full recruitment lifecycle and direct client interactions. You will source top tech talent for IT roles, handle contract, permanent, and C2H engagements, and coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, hands-on sourcing with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, and readiness to work US EST hours

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years US staffing experience.
• Experience with Direct Clients / Prime Vendors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).

Responsibilities

• Interact with direct clients to understand open roles.
• Work on permanent, contract, and C2H positions.
• Source and screen candidates from multiple platforms.
• Negotiate rates (W2 / C2C / 1099).
• Submit quality profiles and manage interview schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants.
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track submissions and maintain ATS updates.
