Job summary

Pronix Inc is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. With 2–5 years in US IT staffing, you will source, screen, and place candidates for Direct Client and W2 requirements in a night-shift friendly role.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, validate visa status, and maintain the ATS to meet targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing processes.
• Understanding of IT technologies and US visa statuses.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work night shift (US hours).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.
• Work on Direct Client, W2 requirements.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Negotiate pay rates and submit qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates/clients.
• Validate visa status and work authorization.
• Maintain ATS/database and achieve recruitment targets.
