Avacend Inc. is seeking a US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our US staffing practice. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, coordinating sourcing to closure for direct clients, MSP/VMS partners, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience, is Chennai-based and willing to work onsite, and is comfortable with US night shifts. Proficiency with major job boards and ATS/CRM systems is expected.

• Experience with ATS/CRM such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn or similar.

Responsibilities

• Screen and present suitable IT candidates to US clients.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Negotiate offers and track submissions/closures to targets.
• Maintain familiarity with US visa/work authorization basics (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN).

US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter – US Staffing

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• Chennai-based and willing to work onsite
• Comfortable with US night shift
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder
• Experience sourcing IT/technical candidates
• Knowledge of US visas/work authorization — H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, USC
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099
• Experience with direct clients, MSP/VMS, implementation partners, or vendors
• Strong candidate screening, negotiation, follow-up and interview coordination
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, etc.
• Proven ability to meet daily submissions/interview/closure targets
