SPADTEK SOLUTIONS in Hyderabad is seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Madhapur. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of US IT recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with an US shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

• Source qualified IT candidates through portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.
• Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and understand technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations where required.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and management to achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
