Job summary

Ingeniworx Business Solutions is hiring a US IT Recruiter for an onsite role in Kolkata, operating on US EST hours. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions.

You will source and screen candidates, manage pipelines, and collaborate with delivery and account managers to meet hiring needs, while ensuring data accuracy in ATS and tools.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, Data Engineering).
• Experience with US visa categories (H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT, TN).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Onsite | EST Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to support IT consulting clients in the US market. This onsite role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and fulltime IT positions. The role is based in India and operates during US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, work authorization, availability, communication, and compensation expectations
• Recruit candidates for W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
• Partner with delivery and account managers to understand hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and activity in ATS and recruiting tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, and Data Engineering
• Experience working with US visa categories including US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, and TN
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
