• Source and screen candidates from multiple platforms
• Negotiate rates (W2 / C2C / 1099)
• Submit quality profiles and manage interview schedules
• Maintain strong relationship with consultants
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Track submissions and maintain ATS updates
