Job description

We are looking for US IT Recruiters with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is an onsite-only position with night shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for US-based clients through job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS)
• Work on end-to-end recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified profiles within deadlines.
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types and have knowledge of US tax terms.
• Update and manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in US IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment process, tax terms, and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, H4 EAD etc.).
• Ability to work independently during US CST night shifts (6:30pm to 3:30am).
• Must be comfortable working onsite from Hyderabad.
