FCS Software Solutions Ltd in Noida is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US IT staffing, sourcing and candidate management, and will work in the US night shift.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews with Tier-1 clients and prime vendors, manage pipelines, and ensure timely submissions in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners preferred; attractive incentives and health benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Exposure to Tier-1 Clients and Prime Vendors preferred.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
