Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong candidate engagement while building a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Experience with US work visas and employment authorization: H-1B, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, GC-EAD, TN, E3, L2 EAD, USC.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage multiple requirements end-to-end—from sourcing through offer closure.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to deliver quality submissions within client timelines.

THE ESSENTIALS:-

WHAT YOU'LL DO:-

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US client requirements across IT and Non-IT roles.
• Manage multiple requirements end-to-end—from sourcing through offer closure.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline while ensuring ATS records are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to deliver quality submissions within client timelines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:-

• Strong sourcing expertise using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other leading US job boards.
• Strong knowledge of US work visas and employment authorization, including H-1B, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, GC-EAD, TN, E3, L2 EAD, USC, and other work authorization categories.
• Solid understanding of US tax terms and employment models including W2, C2C, 1099, and the ability to identify the right hiring model for each requirement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and a quick learner with a strong sense of ownership.
