Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to‑end US IT recruitment for Direct Client requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable IT professionals.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
• Submit qualified candidates to Direct Clients and manage the submission process.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer/closure processes.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Work closely with Account Managers / Client Managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience working on Direct Client requirements.
• Good understanding of core IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Data Engineering, Full Stack, Business Analyst, etc.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Candidates with experience working on Direct Client / MSP / VMS requirements will be preferred.
