eTeam is seeking a US IT Recruiter to join its US staffing delivery team. Based in India, you will source, screen, and place top IT talent for direct client requirements, SIs, and MSP accounts in the US market, handling end-to-end recruitment.

You will work night shifts aligned to US time zones, focusing on rigorous screening, negotiation, and onboarding. Candidates should have 1–5 years of US IT staffing experience and strong knowledge of visa types and tax terms.

• 1–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the US IT Staffing industry.

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven US IT Recruiter to join our fast-paced US Staffing delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, negotiating, and placing top-tier IT talent across various technical domains for direct client requirements, System Integrators (SIs), and MSP accounts in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Technical Screening & Evaluation:
• Understand complex IT job specifications (Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, System Administration, etc.).
• Assess candidate technical fitment, communication skills, stability, availability, and compensation expectations before submission.
• Validate work authorization status (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT/CPT, EAD) and ensure complete compliance.
• Work on different employment tax terms including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened technical candidates for recurring client needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather candidate feedback, manage rate negotiations, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Maintain daily activity logs, pipeline trackers, and submission reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the US IT Staffing industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of popular IT technologies, programming languages, cloud frameworks, and emerging tech stacks.
• Tax Terms & Visas: Deep clarity on US visa types (H-1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) and tax structures (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Sourcing Expertise: Mastery over Boolean search techniques across standard US job boards and LinkedIn.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for interfacing with US candidates.
• Work Ethic: Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, and target-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
