Job summary

Kaizen Sra Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a US IT Recruiter with 7-10 years of experience in the field, working with State clients. This full-time onsite role requires night shift (6:30pm–3:30am IST) and hands-on recruitment for US staffing, using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various portals.

Experience with State client requirements and strong sourcing, negotiation, and compliance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably US Staffing/GBS environments.
• Experience working on State Client requirements.
• Strong command of talent sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and networking.
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment classifications.
• Exceptional communication, client interaction, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, reporting tools, and recruitment analytics.
• Leadership to coach and manage a recruitment team while handling requisitions independently.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor recruitment KPIs and optimize processes.

Location: Asian Sun City, Gachibowli- Miyapur Road, Kothaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500084

Work Type: Full-time / Night Shift. Onsite. No Remote

Timings: 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST.

Note: Candidate must have experience working with State clients.

• Should have good experience working on State Client requirements.
