Job summary

KSM Innovative Hub in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US IT Staffing Technical Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle for US IT positions.

You will source, screen, and close IT professionals for contract and full-time roles, coordinating with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements and handling US shift night hours.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Strong experience in W2 hiring (mandatory).
• Experience with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
• Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, EAD, and OPT).
• Experience recruiting for Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
• Work extensively on W2 requirements and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 consultants.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up until onboarding.
• Negotiate pay rates while maintaining company margins.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build long-term relationships with consultants for future opportunities.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment KPIs, including submissions, interviews, and placements.
