Job summary

GSK Solutions India in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The role focuses on US IT staffing with direct Commercial/Direct Clients and strong client communication.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn, screen for fit, and coordinate interviews to meet targets. Immediate joining is preferred and onsite at PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli.

Qualifications

• We have 4-6 years of US IT Staffing/Recruitment experience.
• Commercial/Direct Client experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment activities from sourcing to closures.
• Source qualified candidates through portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, location, and client requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong US staffing experience with proven exposure to Commercial/Direct Clients and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closures.
• Work on requirements for Commercial/Direct Clients across various industries.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, and client requirements.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Meet recruitment targets and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Commercial/Direct Client experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with Commercial/Direct Client experience from any industry are welcome.
• Strong W2 recruitment experience preferred; C2C experience will also be considered.
• Implementation experience is not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
