Job summary

Next Gen Software Solutions is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with US clients, and ensuring timely onboarding.

The candidate will work closely with hiring managers, handle offers, and leverage AI tools for smarter recruitment. Onsite Hyderabad with a remote option for non-Telugu states candidates offers flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English communication (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates using job portals and networks.
• Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates per client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with US clients and hiring teams.
• Maintain ATS with candidate data and pipeline status.
• Engage with US hiring managers to fulfil requirements on time.
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Work with AI tools in recruitment.
• Place at least one candidate per month from client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates using job portals
• Screen,evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with US clients and hiring teams
• Maintain and update ATS (Ceipal) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status
• Work closely with US hiring managers and clients to fulfil requirements on time
• Handle offer negotiation and follow-up till onboarding
• Hands on experience working with AI Tools in Recruitment
• Experience working with niche requirements and latest technologies
• Must make 1 placement per month by placing the local candidates of the clients prefered location

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US staffing industry
• Experience working with US visa types
• Hands-on experience working with US Tax Terms
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) - Mandatory
