You should have a solid knowledge of US recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding in a fast-paced US shift environment (EST).

Qualifications

• Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, indeed
• Knowledge of different US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and US shifts

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Work on IT requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
• Submit qualified candidates to open requirements within the given timelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary rates and manage offer discussions.
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and processes.
