Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The role requires 6–10 years of solid US staffing experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during US shift hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).

You will manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles, source and screen candidates, handle contracts (C2C, W2, 1099), and coordinate with Account Managers to close positions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on US IT staffing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong direct client and VMS recruiting background.
• Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to drive high-volume, just-in-time recruitment independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment life cycles for direct clients.
• Source, screen, and line up potential candidates using portals and Boolean search strings.
• Handle requirements across various technical domains and engagement types (Contract, C2H, Full-Time).
• Work with US tax terms and visa categories (W2, 1099, C2C), including Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Negotiate pay rates and relocation terms, coordinate client interviews, and close positions.
