Job summary

Tek Ninjas is hiring a US IT Recruiter for our Noida location. You will drive US IT staffing for direct and implementation clients, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other platforms. CEIPAL ATS experience is a plus.

The role is hybrid, based at Noida – Sector 62, Iconic Tower, and requires strong communication, negotiation, and engagement skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
• Experience with direct clients and implementation clients.
• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Proficient in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice and Indeed; CEIPAL ATS experience.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types and IT skills.
