Qualifications

• Mandatory hands-on experience in W2 hiring/recruitment.
• Experience handling end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Strong experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Good knowledge of US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT.
