Programmers.IO is seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter to join our Noida team on a full-time basis. The role requires 2–6 years of US IT recruitment experience, familiarity with visa types, tax terms, and a strong ability to validate candidates.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, work with direct clients and implementation partners, and coordinate interviews and offers in a fast-paced, night-shift aligned environment (US hours).

Qualifications

• Proficient in screening, visa types, and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Responsibilities
