Job summary

Canvendor is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in US staffing to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across the United States.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build a robust candidate pipeline, and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Strong communication and familiarity with W2, C2C, and US work authorizations are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US staffing lifecycle and processes.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (e.g., H1B, OPT, EAD).

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication skills, and work authorization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to submission.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal databases.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members.

Required Skills
