Q1 Technologies is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter located in Noida to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Staffing. The ideal candidate will ensure effective sourcing and screening of candidates for contract and full-time roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

Location: Sector 4, Noida (Work from Office)

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)

Salary: 3.0 – 5.0 LPA + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Staffing, sourcing IT professionals, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Contract, C2C, W2, and Full-Time requirements.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobDiva, Ceipal, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
• Validate candidate experience, visa status, availability, and rate expectations.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
• Negotiate pay rates and assist in offer closure.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet daily/weekly submission and interview targets.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in US IT Staffing.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, EAD).
• Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business, IT preferred).
• Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, or Prime Vendors.
• Knowledge of ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or Recruit CRM.
