Job summary

LTM in India is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates with expertise in IT roles and US visa processes.

The ideal candidate will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews with stakeholders, and handle multiple work authorization scenarios (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN). A strong communicator with network-building skills is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in US IT recruitment and end-to-end staffing experience.
• Must understand US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, TN Visa).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and networks (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter).
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication, visa status, and candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders and manage interview feedback loops.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance with client SLAs and hiring processes.

Experience Range : 6 -11 Years

MUST HAVE

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment. Hands on to support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types including H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN Visa.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sourcing | Screening | Interviewing

• Source candidates through job portals- Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.

LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and databases.

• Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication, visa status, and candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Negotiation & Offer Closer

• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

System | Compliance | MIS

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, compliance requirements, and hiring processes.
• Provide/ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
