Job summary

You will source candidates for W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time roles, working with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS providers. Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Indeed, plus familiarity with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, and Bullhorn, is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS requirements.
• Sourcing IT professionals for US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099, FT).
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed.
• Knowledge of US visas (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT).
• Experience with ATS tools (JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience recruiting for Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Java, .NET, QA, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and mentor junior recruiters.
