ARK Infotech Spectrum in Noida is urgently hiring a US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for US IT contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions from our Noida office.

You will work with US tax terms, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate client interviews, ensuring a smooth onboarding process while aligning with project needs and schedules.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in full life-cycle US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and US staffing market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working US night shifts from Noida office.

ARK Infotech Spectrum is urgently hiring experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team at our Noida office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for US IT contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networks.
• Work with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT).
• Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, availability, and rate/salary expectations.
• Coordinate client interviews, follow up with candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Maintain a database of qualified talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming technical requirements.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in full life-cycle US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and US staffing market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal/written English communication skills.
