• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify strong candidates via resume databases, job postings, social media, networking, career fairs, and calls.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Post job advertisements and act as the primary contact for applicants.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS.
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and visa regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends and talent availability.

Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms, and will be adept at sourcing top technical talent using various platforms.

• Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and act as the primary contact for applicants
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients
• Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and visa regulations
• Stay updated on market trends and talent availability.

Qualification:
