Responsibilities include sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and referrals, screening for skills and work authorization, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and closures.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience.
• MBA mandatory.
• SaaS/B2B recruitment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and US visa types.
