Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Work on various US IT requirements including C2C, W2, 1099, and Full-Time positions.
• Review job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and availability.
• Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess their technical skills, communication, and suitability.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates where required.
