This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience located in Hyderabad. The role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for both temporary and permanent positions within the US, ensuring high-quality service to clients.

IT recruiters develop and implement talent pipelines to recruit a large pool of candidates. They provide organizations with confidence in hiring competent candidates equipped for their technological needs. Responsibilities include:

• Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and creative methods.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs and develop job descriptions.
• Staying updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
• Understanding key requirements for positions through employer collaboration.
• Filtering prospects and compiling a list of top candidates.
• Ensuring candidates possess the necessary IT skills to meet client needs.
