Job Title: US IT Recruiter US Staffing & Client Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter / Lead Recruiter based in India to support our US business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing, end-to-end recruitment, bench sales, client relationship management, vendor coordination, and recruitment delivery.

The candidate will work closely with US-based clients, account managers, staffing vendors, and internal teams to understand hiring requirements, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and drive successful placements. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US staffing market, and the ability to work in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Support US business operations from India by managing end-to-end US IT recruitment and staffing activities.
• Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand current and upcoming hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Bullhorn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Handle bench sales activities by marketing available consultants and identifying suitable contract opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with US clients, Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies.
• Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and compensation packages for W2, C2C, C2H, contract, and full-time positions, as applicable.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, consultant hotlists, recruitment trackers, and daily submission and interview reports.
• Coordinate with US stakeholders across different time zones to ensure timely communication and recruitment closures.
• Support vendor onboarding, rate confirmations, purchase orders, contracts, and Master Service Agreements in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Lead and mentor recruiters, monitor team performance, and ensure delivery against recruitment targets, where applicable.
• Stay updated on US staffing trends, hiring practices, work authorization categories, and market requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, US staffing, bench sales, or recruitment delivery.
• Experience supporting US-based clients and business operations while working from India.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, employment types, and recruitment practices.
• Hands-on experience with US job portals, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, client management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in US shifts and coordinate effectively with stakeholders based in the United States.
• Experience in vendor management, rate negotiations, and contract staffing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior team-handling experience is preferred for candidates applying for the Lead Recruiter position.

A self-driven recruitment professional who can independently manage US hiring requirements, communicate confidently with US clients, build strong vendor relationships, and contribute to business growth through timely and quality recruitment delivery.
