As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet the company’s hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technology-related positions.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and work experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and other recruitment channels to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers, and close candidates in alignment with company salary guidelines and policies.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with all recruitment activity and candidate status.
