Brillfy Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States.

This onsite role in Hyderabad requires handling sourcing, screening, and end-to-end lifecycle activities for US-based roles, including negotiation of terms and maintaining strong candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience with US staffing requirements, and the ability to identify and recruit qualified IT

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Review job descriptions and understand client requirements to target suitable candidates.
• Identify, screen, and qualify candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate pay rates and discuss employment terms (C2C, W2, 1099, C2H).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience with US staffing requirements, and the ability to identify and recruit qualified IT professionals.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Review job descriptions and understand client requirements.
• Identify, screen, and qualify candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate qualifications.
• Work on various IT technologies, including Java, Python, .NET, SAP, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and QA.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate pay rates and discuss employment terms, including C2C, W2, 1099, and C2H.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Experience with sourcing and screening IT candidates.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen.
• Familiarity with US employment types: C2C, W2, 1099, and C2H.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the US night shift.
• Strong time management and candidate relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US staffing companies or implementation partners.
• Knowledge of ATS and CRM tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
