Job summary

Intellworkforcegroup is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and place technology professionals for US contract and full-time opportunities. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings to match candidates with technical requirements.

Coordinate interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates, while collaborating with hiring managers and account teams to fulfill

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT staffing / technical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and contract/FTE hiring is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
