Gravity Infosolutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT market. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding coordination across technical roles.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and major portals, screen for technical fit, work authorization, and compensation expectations, and manage timelines and candidate engagement across multiple requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Knowledge of USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, and CPT.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
• Excellent English communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and onboarding coordination.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Recruit for technical positions across Salesforce, Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT technologies.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate rates, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and accurate recruitment records in the ATS.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure timely submissions against open requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining submission quality.
