Accellor in Hyderabad is seeking a results-driven US IT Recruiter to source, screen and place top tech talent for US clients. The role demands strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills and requires working night shifts aligned to US time zones.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, coordinating with vendors and account managers, and navigating US tax terms, visas, and employment classifications. Strong English communication is mandatory.

Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Experience level: 3-6 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise and a solid grasp of the US staffing & hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.


• Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills via LinkedIn Dice, GitHub etc.


• Evaluate candidate’s strengths compared with client's requirements by screening and interviewing the candidate.


• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.


• Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients.


• Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback is received from client.


• Experienced in working the recruitment process in ATS and capturing all activity in the system.


• Clear understanding of US benefits, tax terms, visa and work authorization classifications, compensation, employment types, and terms and conditions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of solid sourcing experience in IT domain, preferably from a consulting background.


• The candidate must be willing to work in the night shift. Hours will be 9 pm - 5 am IST


• Experienced in hiring across


• Strong experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.


• Understanding of US tax terms — W2, C2C, 1099


• Understanding of US visa types / work authorizations — H1B, OPT, GC, USC, H4-EAD, TN, E3


• Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones (EST/CST/PST)


• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Recruiting - from sourcing to close.


• Good understanding of US contract agreements. Connects with staffing vendors is a big plus.


• Fluent communication skills: This role requires daily coordination (Call & email) with Candidates, Vendors, team leads and account managers and at times with our customers. Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory.


• Thorough understanding of IT domain- Skills, Market trends.
