Job summary

Black Turtle in Hyderabad (Banjara Hills) is seeking a US Non-IT Recruiter to join our office-based team. The role requires 5 years of experience in end-to-end US recruitment, across multiple domains, with alignment to US time zones and processes.

You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn and internal databases, screen effectively and coordinate interviews. Working from the office in Hyderabad, the shift is 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
