Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for US or any international Non-IT requirements across Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, and Finance sectors.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize International job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates.
• Relationship Management: Work closely with Account Managers/Bench Sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver quality submissions within tight SLAs.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interview rounds, prepare candidates for client discussions, and negotiate pay/bill rates.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Non-IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in full‑lifecycle international hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and placing talent in domains such as Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, or Finance for the US or any international Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for US or any international Non-IT requirements across Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, and Finance sectors.

• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize International job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 24 years of experience as a US or Any international Non-IT Recruiter in an agency or corporate setup.

• Domain Expertise: Prior experience sourcing for Healthcare, Engineering, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) roles.

• Shift Readiness: Comfortable working the Noon Shift

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
