• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions.

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

About the Role:

Neotech Global is looking for passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team. If you have experience recruiting for the US market and enjoy sourcing top IT talent, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the US.
• Work on various technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other niche skill sets.
• Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Required Skills:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Technical Recruitment.
• Good understanding of the US recruitment process, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
