SuperSeva in Bengaluru (hybrid/remote) is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for US client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of US IT recruitment experience, familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice and Indeed, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

You will coordinate with Account Managers, maintain candidate pipelines in ATS, and stay updated on US hiring practices and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing via job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Strong screening based on technical skills, experience, and availability.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our staffing and consulting team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for various client requirements across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

US IT Recruiter - Key Responsibilities

• 4-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing / IT Consulting.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates across various IT technologies.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and location.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and submission to interview, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, submission status, interview updates, and follow-ups in ATS.
• Coordinate with Account Managers / Business Development teams on current and upcoming requirements.
• Handle candidate negotiation, offer closure, and joining follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
• Stay updated on US hiring practices, technologies, staffing trends, and market conditions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with US staffing/consulting companies.
• Experience handling Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time requirements.
• Exposure to W2, C2C, 1099, and visa-based hiring.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
• Experience supporting multiple clients and handling high-volume requirements.

Education : Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
