Cogent Data Solutions (CDS) is seeking a US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions from Hyderabad office. You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while collaborating with hiring managers to meet timelines.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience, proficiency with major job portals, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Understanding of US staffing concepts including W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H hiring models.
• Experience using job portals like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build a strong pipeline for US IT professionals.

Position: US IT Recruiter (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 35 Years
Location: Hyderabad (HITEC City)

Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Note: Exceptional communication skills are a mandatory requirement for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US staffing concepts including W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H hiring models.
• Experience working with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.
• Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for various US IT technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
