Job summary

Nexure Tech in Hyderabad is seeking a US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients, source candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

This on-site role requires 2-5 years of recruitment experience, exposure to US IT staffing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Dice, and Naukri.

Candidates must be local to Hyderabad and comfortable working in US shift timings; on-site only with incentives.

• Meet hiring targets within deadlines
• Maintain daily trackers, reports, and follow-up status
• Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools for sourcing
